Wheat, when it dies and goes to heaven, resurrects here amongst the white-clad baker-priests. In as many forms as there are people to eat it. I'm not a church goer or a bread eater, but when I AM...You will find me here, sniffing the delicious air and mourning the fact that I can only eat one breakfast a day. Two, max.

If you are into bread of any kind, this is your kind of place. Some of the best bread I have ever had. And their sandwiches are simply awesome.

We had the best team event at Bay Bread Co! It was playful, informative, and so nourishing! I definitely recommend stopping by and taking one of their bread making classes.

Your baked goods stole the show at our grandson's first birthday party. It was logistically challenged as he as he and his family traveled from China. You folks were amazing to work with and the baked goods were amazing. Thank you for taking some if the stress off our plate. When it came to planning you folks made such a difference. We appreciate you and will always have a great reason to stop by your store. Thank you again for your professionalism and your grand artistry!!!

We love the MKP! We were sad when the Gobbler went away so this is wonderful. The meat and cheese amounts are very generous. The bread is too fat to get one’s mouth around, a bit too dry and the amount of salt is inconsistent, though. We usually slice some of the bread off and add more mayo. Perfecto.

Best bakery with the nicest workers! I was SO HAPPY to find the gobbler sandwich here. I missed it so much since Mary’s Kitchen
closed last year.

An unassuming but delicious bakery. Know for a variety of artisan style breads and famous for a sourdough starter from 1996. You will find a plethora of sweet and delectable treats to sink your teeth into. But if sugar or bread isn’t your jam, not to worry as they offer sandwiches for those looking for a quick bite. It’s a popular bakery, with manly locals becoming regulars. Come for the food and stay for the friendly service. If Bay Bread hasn’t been added to your must try’s yet, I simply say go in to get baked.

Bay Bread Company is now probably my favorite bakery in the TC area. I stopped by twice during my latest trip to the area, and the baked goods and sandwiches are delicious. They have lots of choices, and the staff was friendly. It’s a small, cozy place with limited seating, so you sadly can’t count on sitting there. I was lucky during my second visit and got a seat. The sandwich I tried was called the Sleepy Italian, and it was a great breakfast. The egg, cheese, and other toppings made for a decadent yet not too heavy meal. The pastries and buns were also excellent, and I highly recommend this bakery.
